CLAIMS & RETURNS POLICY
Claims
for material damaged during shipment should be made directly to the carrier.
Claims for defective material must be made within ten business days of receipt. No returning material will be accepted without prior issuance of our Return Authorization. Ever-Ready reserves the right to, at its option, either replace the material or provide a refund.
A request for the return of product, for any reason, must be made within ten business days of receipt of merchandise. There will be a restocking charge of 25% plus transportation charges both ways. A Return Authorization will be issued only after payment of the restocking charge. No material may be returned without the Ever-Ready Media Packaging Return Authorization.
